How it Works
I've kept this simple. 1 on 1 Training is booked by the hour. You can book anything from 1 hour upwards. I'd normally recommend not booking more than 3 or maybe 4 hours.
It's best to keep the sessions long enough to be useful and not so long as to be so long it becomes hard to remember what you have done. Hitting that sweet spot will vary person to person but generally two or three hours is best.
